that was the old way to fasten the pad...they didnt have the sticky tape then in the old days

They make special pads for thongs. Check it out. Maybe people who use these belts are not comfortable with their bodies so they don't wear thongs but like the feel of the belt because the belt seems to move around and always ends up in the same place where a thong does! When I was a teen the belt was the only solution since thongs wern't invented yet! Tampons were available but only "bad girls" who were not virgins used them! My how times have changed!

what world do you live in - belted pads - haven't seen them in years! one lady used them due to a bladder problem but that was over 15 years ago?!? get a clue and head to a KMart for a little market research ; )
