Why do so many women wear web belts?

I mean belts like these: http://www.web-belt.com/cotton_web_belt.html . I see them everywhere. Why do women like them so much?

Eww.. I guess because they match so much and are a quick item to throw on to add a little flair to an outfit

never seen anyone wear any, probbally just to keep there jeans up ovb, easy option of a belt easy to get i guess. x

because they're dead easy to fasten, don't rip easily and they're pretty cheap. (:
