i am 27 years old women want 2 reduse my belly can any 1 sugesset me tht wht i have 2 do give a details.

Cut down on carbohydrates, especially rice, bread, sugar etc. choose to be a vegeterian and no fried food. Take early dinner more of vegetables, glass of milk or any fruit. When you are hungry go for carrots or salads. No junk food, eat only when you are hungry, and when you are hungry drink more water sometimes we are actually thirsty than hungry. Include oat meal.

Do abdominal crunches, google "abdominal exercises" and you will find a lot of pictures of how to do it. Walk fast for a mile three times a week. Or join the gym. that will help.

Have you heard of PULL INS ?Or Kapal bhati ?My experience is that doing it regularly reduces the belly fat and tones up the abdominal muscles in a short period of abou 15 days(depending on how much fat you have on your belly)Try it.

I really tell you dont buy that sona belt because it has lots of side effects such as there will be black marks on your belly, and when you stop using it, you will come back on where you were...so insted of doing it... i really tel you do yoga or some excersice...remember that theres no short cut in life...enjoy ...peace...

first ov all check ur dite n try out pranayam n yoga if u can get up early in d morning n watch aastha they telecast live yoga program it may help u....then u can follow d diet plan they refer to...may b from 5 -7 a.m in d morning according to indian standard time..

I heard these belts dont work.. Y dont u try working out... U can choose Yoga or aerobics or even walking... It works..

Instead of experimenting and investing so much money, it would be better to excercise and also have a balanced diet....

Actually hunny, dont waste your money$$ save it to buy smaller shirt sizes because this works!! Do 50 crunches really fast after everymeal. I saw results in 3 days!! IT WORKS!! :]

donot take break fast for 10 days , take lunch late and dinner after 10.00 sleep at 2.00a.m for 10 days a nd see the result will be surprising, but donot take milk or have sex
