What ever happened to the Women's Championship Madusa (Alundra Blayze) dropped in the Trash on WCW Television?

I know that Madusa was still the Women's Champion, when she went back to WCW, but after she dropped that belt in the trash, what happened to it? Did WWE get it back, or did Eric Bischoff do away with it for good? Just wondering!

Well when she dropped it in the trash can, she was actually forced to relinquish it. Then back in '98, it was reactivated in the WWE, which was the WWF back then. So now, it's the Women's championship in Smackdown.

Every champ gets their own belt and that was Madusas' personal belt that she threw away.

As far as WWE, they just let the womens division at that time go to the back burner so people would forget about the embarrassing event. Then they just ordered a new belt and started it back up with Sable becoming champ I believe but I could be wrong. If it wasn't her I think Jaclynn.

Yea the xrockerx guy is mostly right. It was reactivated back in '98 to the WWE, which was the WWF back then of course.
