My husband makes me wear a chastity belt when he isn't around because he doesn't want me to be defiled by another man. I really despise of her character and I hate the writers for putting the belt on her instead of Victoria, who is more deserving this women's title than Melina. She does not make good representation of being Women's champion. Victoria would have represented better than her.
Don't worry. Melina is on her way to being buried due to her backstage attitude. They've been hinting at her feuding with Ashley for stealing her spotlight. Since they'll never let Ashley near the Women's title, she'll just beat Melina in a normal match. As for the women's title, Mickie's getting it back, but I'm not sure if it's going to be at Wrestlemania.

Well when she dropped it in the trash can, she was actually forced to relinquish it. Then back in '98, it was reactivated in the WWE, which was the WWF back then. So now, it's the Women's championship in Smackdown.
Every champ gets their own belt and that was Madusas' personal belt that she threw away.
As far as WWE, they just let the womens division at that time go to the back burner so people would forget about the embarrassing event. Then they just ordered a new belt and started it back up with Sable becoming champ I believe but I could be wrong. If it wasn't her I think Jaclynn.

I think that it was awesome that we finally got to see a heel beat a face fair and square for a title. I don't think mickie really has any talent to hold that belt anyways, in fact, no present woman does. Chyna and Lita and Trish were the only women with any talent (Mostly Chyna). However, more people would probably care if the women didn't mess up their move sets and get so confused in the middle of their matches. Sometimes it looks like a couple of retards playing "hide and go seek" in the ring.

I have a woman's belt that is a large ring with several cords attached to one side of the ring. It looks like all the cords might go around the waist and then meet the ring in front. I am on my second pregnancy and only 5 weeks along. Although I haven't gained any weight yet and my clothes are stil comfortable, I do see that already my belly is starting to swell a little in the lower part. I've heard that second pregnancies women tend to show faster, but I did not expect it because I am three sizes smaller than I was when I got pregnant last time. I don't look pregnant yet, obviouisly and my clothes hide my little pooch, but I was just curious - women that have more than one child, when did you start to notice belly changes?
haha! i'M GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING MYSELF, BUT i'M IN MY ALST TRIMESTER NOW. i LOOKED 5 MONTHS PREGNANT WHEN i WAS 3, 7 MONTHS WHEN i WAS FIVE... AND SO ON. The good part is, I have hardly gained the weight I did with the first one, it just really pops! I don't know why... first was at 7 months (well when i looked pregnant), second I was showing at 5 months, third i was showing at about 3 months.
I'm now 39 weeks with my second and when I was about 8 weeks I started to notice the pooch. I've been measuring about 2 weeks further then I actually am this whole pregnancy. My Dr said this is normal for moms on their second or third because the stomach muscles and uterus are more lax, so it takes less for them to begin to stretch out. a pain in the butt around 12 weeks when the top of your jeans wont work with your belly anymore but completely normal. With my 1st i only started showing 5 months along. With my 2nd had a huge tummy when i was 2 months and by 5 months i looked huge and everyone thought i was almost ready to give birth, so with my personal experience the 2nd pregnancy you show quicker.
With my second, I started showing pretty much right away. Especially if you are smaller, you are going to show sooner. I am now on my third pregnancy and I'm carrying twins and I also started to get big pretty quickly (by 3 months I looked 6 months). But it's not uncommon to show soon with your second (or third) even if it's a singleton.
If you have lost weight that will be one reason you are showing earlier. They say that the second pregnancies show earlier because the muscles in the uterus are more relaxed. In my first I did not start showinguntil I was like 6 months, and this time I am showing at 4 months. I am still not gaining weight (not sure why) but I am getting a big belly!
It's actually more common to show faster after your first pregnancy. Alot of times this is because when you get pregnant for the first time, your inners need time to stretch to accomadate your new arrival. The second time around, your body already knows what to do and things happen faster. Even though you're smaller than you were before you got pregnant the first time, the tendons that are attached to the uterus have already stretched from your first prenancy, so they do what's natural and allow things to "fall" forward faster.
I have 2 kids and one on the way. With my first one I didn't show until I was 6 months pregnant. With my second one I was only 4 or 5 months when everyone knew just by looking that I was pregnant. I just hit my 3rd trimester like 3 days ago and I get people telling me that I am way too big to make it 3 more months, I have been hearing that I am SOOO big for however many months I happen to be when I hear this. It kinda sucks but the sad thing is, I lost weight with the all day morning sickness early on this time and I am one pound away from my starting weight now. (I had lost 20 pounds). But it is really just one of those things I guess with every pregnancy you show faster. Good Luck!
To me it might be a couple things. First you didn't mention how long between pregnancies you have. So not being 100% after first one might make you show earlier. Another thing might actually be that you have lost a considerable amount of weight since last one. Every pregnancy's different. Ihave had 5 healthy babies and each one is very different and so was each pregnancy. Good luck with everything :) Oh and why try to hide it? Go buy those cute pregnancy t-shirts and tops and BE PREGNANT its not gonna be as long as it feels and the attention is fun!
With my first I started showing at 6 months, second was 4 months, with my third - I had a belly by 8 weeks. I couldn't fit into my jeans anymore. It was obvious to everyone by 10 weeks.
My first 2 are almost 2 years apart, I didn't lose all my baby weight between them. Now those two are 5 &7 (birthdays are almost here though) and I'm 40weeks 5 days with my 3rd. After my second was born I continued to gain weight, and wasn't taking care of myself. Then I lost over 100lbs! I got pregnant with this one and have gained 60lbs.
Well, the smaller you are the faster you show. I have 4 kids and my first pregnancy I didn't show until I was 38weeks. My other 3 pregnancies I showed at 6weeks.
So yes 2nd pregnancy and more you do show faster. But also depends on the size of the woman.

For my second thats how I found out I was pregnant because of my belly. Everyone's told me I've been big since I found out I was pregnant! I started showing VERY early so your not alone! Its normal for your 2nd, 3rd.. etc to show sooner.

They are selling these really cute looking belts that hold a special thin pad that hooks into the belt for your period. My mom says she used these years ago - but that they were only white. These belts are colored and have lace - and the pads are not like the old thick ones. Just curious.

it's how you wear the clothes - not necessarily the clothes themselves. you may find that expensive clothes give you confidence and this confidence is attractive in people. if you have the same confidence in cheaper clothes, you can save yourself some cash.
on the otherhand if the expensive clothes, do not give you confidence, you'll have no more sucess.

You are wasting your money unless you have good shoes. Tesco turn ups and an Asda T-shirt and good shoes if they all fit and look good on you, will do far more for you than spending shed loads with out the shoes.

my sister suffers from pubis disfunction when she give birth to her baby a week ago. she has a lots of pain around pubis, that she could not roll over, could not sit up, it is really tough, so my brother-in-law not only has to look after the baby, but also my sister. And the dry nurse says there is a belt which is special for the women with pubis separation after giving birth.

I had this and got one from Blooming Marvelous. I needed to have the size up from my normal size towards the end. Be aware that it needs to go really low around your hips rather than holding up the bump. It was a friend who was a physio that told me this and my mid wife was not aware of this. I had to show her.
Also your sister may be able to get a referral to a physio to help her manage her mobility - like getting in and out of bed - in the least painful way. It depends where you life as to how much help you PCT gives you.
Don't let her be scared by the stoies from the PSD groups out there. For the vast majority of people it will go after the birth with no ongoing symptoms.

I would just get a cheap one as they work just as well. They are good for wearing when you are working, doing housework, going shopping etc. If you work with the current and tense your muscles at the same time this will help. If the muscle is being worked either by machine or by exercise then it is being strengthened. They are also good as they make the brain more 'abdo-aware' and encourage you to hold your stomach in when the machines not on thereby exercising more. It may be the lazy man's way of doing it but who cares, getting down to doing sit-ups is such a bore. You will need to keep it up though, or continue the good work with exercises.
Hi ive got one and I dont think its any good really the best thing you can invest in is an ab-roller or gymball, if you do a little of these every day they work loads quicker than any ab toner, and will save you money in the end, I had one that you could move the pads on to the waste etc but it didnt work. and it was over £40,

Garter belts, short skirts and heels made a fashion comeback a few years ago.

They make special pads for thongs. Check it out. Maybe people who use these belts are not comfortable with their bodies so they don't wear thongs but like the feel of the belt because the belt seems to move around and always ends up in the same place where a thong does! When I was a teen the belt was the only solution since thongs wern't invented yet! Tampons were available but only "bad girls" who were not virgins used them! My how times have changed!

I think the days of 'matchy matchy' are over. Long over. I say if you are dressing up, a classy look is same color shoes with pants. Partly because it looks nice, creates a line, and also it makes you look taller and leggier. When you break up your line with different colors, you look shorter and often heavier. When your 'lower half' is all one color, it creates a longer line and your legs look longer and 'cleaner'. I think a pair of- say- black pants, black shoes and a tan dressy top and tan belt look fantastic and timeless.
The belt should match the shoes. It looks better that way. But the shoes should also match the pants. And the pants should match the belt. Everything needs to flow together, or go together. And don't make it look like you've tried too hard.
(P.S. Don't listen to the people that said clashing is 'in'. Because it's never 'in' to clash your patterns or fabrics. They should always go together and look nice together)
Personally, I like the belt to match the shoes rather than the pants. Because altogether, you look very coordinated. Again, that's just my opinion. For a purse I'd get something that matched the shoes. ;)

I would like to buy my wife a pair and Im wondering which most woman prefer, and is there any preference for lace top, plain, RHT and the thickness?
I prefer hold ups, lace tops and about 10 denier. Stockings and suspenders are too fiddly, the suspender clips show through your skirt and half the time you are tugging the belt back up your waist. Decent hold ups with latex strips stay up all day long as long as you haven't got lotions or oils on your legs. I would recommend Aristoc or Pretty Polly.

The hold ups are not comfortable to wear and they fall down anyway. Go for the former.
Stockings & suspenders for sure. Hold up are inclined to slip down if legs are not ultra skinny.
i have garter belts and the thigh high hold ups ...i use to be a buyer for a lingerie boutique and still have loads of the stuff in boxes..i like the lace top and absolutley love the ultr sheer ultra soft black french silk stockings.

I have a Black Shamrock there i really like it. its not girly or cartoonish. its not like i can really be selfconsous about something i cant change but i have to show my padres some time so i guess im looking for a little back up here. I heard a small humming noise and there was a smell like hot electrical problem and then my washer quit without spinning and the water stayed inside. Would that be the drive belt?
Hi, I don't think you will be able to repair the problem yourself but maybe you can determine if the belt is at fault. First, unplug the electrical cord. Then, turn off both hot and cold water. The washer will need to be positioned so that you have access to the rear of the machine. If it is full of water, it will be heavy and maybe too heavy for you if empty. Do you have a friend or handyman to help you? Try to find someone. After you are able to get to the rear of the machine, the back has screws that you remove to take off the back. Remove the screws and then the back itself. Now you can see the motor and the belt. If you find the belt damaged or in shreds, then the problem is your belt. Get a new belt according to the make and model of your washer. It may go on easily or it may require tools.
If the belt looks good, you may have a component problem that will require a repairman. If you have no one to help you, it is probably best to go ahead and get a repairman to begin with, but it may cost you considerable expense. Good luck.
Some models and brands may be different. When I had to change my dryer belt, I went to the manufacturer's website and pulled up the online manual that gave step by step instructions on how to replace the belt and it gave a visual diagram, as well. Good luck.

If it's out of warranty, and it's broken, I'd start by unplugging it. Then, look at each panel, and see if you can figure out which one was screwed on last. Take this one off first. Probably needs a #2 phillips (plus sign) screwdriver.
If it is the belt, there's probably a couple screws that maintain the tension on the belt by holding the motor in a particular location. Loosen those, and slide the motor a bit - until you can get the belt off.
You can also do a visual / sniff test on the motor. If it looks burnt, or smells burnt, it probably is.
Remove either belt or motor, and take the suspect piece to an appliance center to have swapped.
Sears might have a manual online for a similar model (or general model) Doesn't have to be exact replica, to get the idea of how to disassemble.
Some washers might be able to access belt from underneath. Empty water and cloths, then flip it on it's back or side. Then inspect from bottom.

No, I haven't considered wearing garters over pantyhose simply because I don't wear pantyhose that much. But, I can see why women who wear hose on a daily basis might choose garter belts over pantyhose. With garters you don't have to pull everything down when you go to the bathroom, and they probably don't make you feel as hot when you wear them.

Never wear Pantie hose they are bad for women they promote Yeast infections, UTI, and they don't do so well out here in the heat.
A Garter Belt is more practical. It provides breath ability, flexibility, and they are so much more sexier to wear. It doesn't promote any health risk because you can wear thigh highs that have elastic, self adhesive or the good ole fashioned one w/out anything. So much more comfortable, no rolling, sweating or doubling of under garments.

I avoid either if I can get away with it, but garter belts are great for a bunch of reasons. They're much cooler, allow a greater amount of mobility, and if you get a run in a thigh-high, you still have the other one, so if you have various pair of the same kind, you spend less money on them in the end.
I buy the thigh-high pantyhose made by Hue. They're really nice, and there's no tugging/pulling/stretching them back on after you use the bathroom. Once they're on, they're on! I probably would use a garter belt if these weren't available.
I know of a few women who wear garters quite a bit, but don't know if they are a permanent choice for them. I think they are very sexy, sensual and beautiful ladies with or without the choice of legwear, but garters are an old school addition to their ensembles that can't be compared to panty hose.

For the same reason garter belts and stockings are making a comeback, with younger women. Younger women are not prejudice against something they don't know about, and when the industry makes improvements they are willing to try something out for themselves.
Women have been rebelling against pantyhose for years, but the younger women are willing to try stockings and a garter belt, which have improved over the years, and are more in tune to today's active population. The same is true for sanitary belts.

Having grown up in the generation before self-adhering pads I have to say that in some instances I would prefer to use the sanitary belt because it feels more secure than just a self adhesive pad. However, I think I'd be happiest if I had the option of using either, and I'd probably keep both on hand.

firstly, sanitary belts ain't new. they've been around since the '50s. secondly, women use them because they hold the pad closer to you and help prevent leaks,they are plastic and have hooks on the front where you attach the pad. but unfortunatley, they're uncomofortable and sometimes obvious.
i don't use them, thank god.
first of all these belts are anything but "new"...~ tampons are new as opposed to belts. they have been reinvented again... The ones from before didn't really 'stick' , and they were before we had made advances in adhesives. I think the new ones are more to hold them in place , and if you like pads, go for it, they are just made for comfort and convenience...

I thought the belt was much OUT DATED I only used it when I first started my cycle, like 12 years old, My mom Introduce it to me. I always wear them. Why wear two pair of panties, like with pantyhose. I just want the hose, so I wear stockings and a garter belt. I 'm 16, but work in a law office all summer and after school during the school year. I have to dress up, and you won't catch me in pantyhose 10 hours a day, so I like the stockings.
Hold ups are a pain all day, so I wear a garter belt. It's no big deal, and for some reason guys go a little insane when they see it. My grandma said all the girls wore one to school everyday in the 60's.

Stick on pad leak more. That's really embarrassing (not to mention the damage to your clothing and damage to your self esteem).
Also, the stick ons DON'T always stay in place - they move about. And, they stick to the wrong things (like your delicate hair (ouch!)).
The old fashioned belted pads are uncomfortable, but I never had any accidents with them. They don't move out of place and the adhesive on them doesn't pull out your delicate hairs.
Was this a Cosmo from 1950? I was not aware they even make the belts anymore and cannot possibly see a benefit, unless maybe they work better with a thong... hmmmmm... something to think about.

I haven't heard of this. My best guess is that it may be more environmentally friendly - with a sanitary belt, perhaps you can use pads that don't have sticky plastic backing. Perhaps, also, some women are concerned with chemicals (like BPA and phthalates) that may be in plastic-lined pads. It still doesn't make a whole lot of sense, though, because there are reusable cloth pads that would seem to be much more comfortable and convenient than a belt.
It probably works in conjunction with the menstrual (re-washable) cloth eco friendly trend that some women are adopting lately. It would make sense that the belt be used in some manner to hold that cloth in place since they do not have any fasteners attached. Strange? Perhaps. Eco friendly? Definitely. Just not my personal choice.

There is no pros to these belts .. they make you look fat.
I would not want to use one, especially since I dislike pads. I have to use them since I had my son because tampons are so uncomfortable since the baby and for a person who has used tampons since age 12, it kinda sucks! But anyways, I have read it is because it is snug, does not stick to you as pads sometimes can, does not bunch, no leaks etc. So for people that are unconfortable in tampons, it may be a better choice. I am hoping to go back to tampons. I'm not an angry pad hater, though:).
I, too, am astonished to learn that anyone even makes these, let alone that they're coming back into popularity. So I'll be watching this to see if anyone can give the answer :)
Someone's suggestion about it being for eco-friendly washable and reusable pads seems sensible, and I wonder whether some people (such as me) who find that pads shift and bunch up (not that I'm a fan of pads but sometimes when there's a lot of flow, needs must) would find that this held them in place more securely? My boyfriend is looking for a book he read as a child. It was likely published before 1992. It is about a woman who has a belt that transforms her into a fox when she wears it. A boy gets ahold of this belt and is stuck in fox form, going for the chicken coop until a male is able to get it off of him.
It may be a story in a book, or it may be the whole book. He's pretty sure he read it before he was 10, so he would have gotten it at his school's library. He *thinks* these details are correct.
I've been looking, and the closest I can get is a German story of a schoolteacher who puts on a belt and when it's shot off of him the place is named "Fox Hill". This is not the story.

No they aren't, and you can't purchase them anywhere. They are inefficient and clunky. Belts came into being because there wasn't any sticky yet to make pads stay put.

Cut down on carbohydrates, especially rice, bread, sugar etc. choose to be a vegeterian and no fried food. Take early dinner more of vegetables, glass of milk or any fruit. When you are hungry go for carrots or salads. No junk food, eat only when you are hungry, and when you are hungry drink more water sometimes we are actually thirsty than hungry. Include oat meal.
Do abdominal crunches, google "abdominal exercises" and you will find a lot of pictures of how to do it. Walk fast for a mile three times a week. Or join the gym. that will help.

Does anyone know what the device is on the belt of basketball officials? I was at a men's and women's basketball game at Northern Illinois University yesterday and noticed all six officials wearing one. The other thing I noticed was that they would push a button on the device every time the ball was put back into play. Anyone know what it is?

I had an appointment today and I told me midwife about the pain I feel in my pelvic region and she told me my ligaments and muscles are shot because this is my second pregnancy. My boyfriend and I have been together now for 6 years and one day we were having this conversation about sex. And it had suddenly dawned on me that he has never touched me in or on the private area. But you are over looking the fact that when you're black belt, you also are incredibly self restrained...so he would certainly deserve it if she was to break his back.
The answer to both parts of your question is yes. The stuff you see in films is pretty much fiction. Martial arts don't endow you with magical powers which enable you to smite evildoers at will. They can give you the edge in certain situations, and they have all sorts of merits of their own.
But all it takes to break a man's back is to push him down and have him fall in the wrong way.

If a women wants she can break a man's back period, some are actually quite good at it without even lifting a finger.
Oh and karate is the art of "self defense". One would assume and hope a black belt would show proper restraint.
I agree with D.W. about karate being for self-defense only.
However, there might be a time when you have to go that far. In a scenario where someone has pulled a knife, or they are choking you. By all means snap their arm.

The Martial Arts are for SELF-DEFENSE and no to be used to "break a mans back" Once you have established that a physical threat is over, you are legally and morally bound to not take it further. After Defense, there is only Offense-which would make the person no better than the attacker...

First the martial arts for many teach that fighting is a last resort. Second many also teach that size and weight are to be used to ones advantage in a confrontation and so a smaller person can take on a larger, heavier one and win by using the larger persons weight against them.
So size and such are minimized in the martial arts.
Therefore the answer is yes. As for the movies there is a lot of fake stuff there so don't pay attention to all of it.
