Undertaker and his wife Sara (no 'h' in her name) separated two years ago. I don't know if they've actually divorced or not, but they are no longer together. Also, if you look closely, you can see that he's added more to the tattoo on his throat, in order to disguise her name as best he can without removing the tattoo entirely.

And yes, Undertaker is dating Michelle McCool - and no Nadine you fool, it's not a storyline, they're dating in real-life - and that has undoubtedly aided her career, but let's not take anything away from McCool, she has become a reasonably talented women's wrestler. By WWE standards, that is.

No, he is not married, he did have a wife name Sarah but I think they got a divorce a long time ago, but if for some reason I am wrong and he is still married to Sarah, then I think Sarah is a pretty cool wife to let the dead man go out on dates with Michelle McCool.

Wrestling is bullshit. And what I mean is what happens in wrestling is all acting. So yes McCool is dating the Undertaker, but its all pretend. In real life he is married.
