If a women had more powerful legs than a man as your implying than wouldn't female sprinters be faster than male sprinters?

I mean they've got everything going for them more powerful legs lighter body weight and and less drag as they are ALWAYS smaller than top male sprinters.

So if you really think about it, it is not true is it even though the biggest difference if upper body strength.
