Why do women Marines get no white belt and have to where thoughs stupid looking covers?

How can we change that? and will it change?

I am sure the CMC and the SgtMaj of the Marine Corps are already looking into changing tradition and pride since you mentioned this.

Gain rank and try to change it.

Um - I attended graduation of the child of a friend from Marine boot camp last year - and she had a white belt and she wore the same cover - which is what all the services call their caps - as the guys wore. Where did you see different?

It will change when you graduate from 'grammar school' week.
